Vaginal Rejuvenation Procedures are Great – Especially for Patients Traveling from Out of Town

Dr. J is known throughout the country for his work in this area, which frequently brings us guests who travel to the area to be seen. We are happy to accommodate patients from anywhere in the world, and will do everything we can to help make your entire experience as smooth as possible. The following are some of the most common questions we get from our out of town patients:

Do we treat out of town patients?

Absolutely! We welcome all patients whether they are local, from across the country or from the other side of the world. We have patients who fly in for consultations or procedures on a regular basis.

Do we treat out of town patients?

The ATL airport is the ideal option to fly into. Driving from their airport to our office will typically take between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on traffic.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. In virtually every case it is required to have an onsite consultation with the doctor. This is because the consultation allows Dr. J to come up with a customized plan for your specific procedures. If you only need a very minor procedure done, there may be exceptions made and a phone consultation will suffice. This is not common, however, so it is best to plan on flying or driving in for one consultation visit prior to your actual procedure

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Ideally you will want to fly in the day before your appointment. If that is not possible, allow yourself at least a few hours from the landing time to your appointment to help avoid potential problems related to flight delays or traffic. It is your responsibility to arrive to all appointments on time, and typically cannot accommodate late arrivals

What if I make an appointment but I am not a good candidate?

If you have never had a consultation with our staff before, and you arrive to your appointment and the doctor says that you are not a good candidate, you will be given a full refund of your deposit. You can also get a refund if you decide that the anticipated results are not what you were hoping for.

When coming for my actual procedure, do I need anything special for my recovery?

You will want to make arrangements to have someone to drive you to your hotel room or other recovery area after the procedure. Ideally they should stay with you for at least the first couple of days to help you recover (we can help make arrangements for private nursing care if needed). You will be given any medications or other supplies required for your recovery. Prior to arriving, make sure you download and read through the entire pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions, which will have been provided to you.

Are follow up appointments required?

We would like you to come in for at least one follow up appointment before you leave town. In some cases, however, it may not be required, depending on the specific procedures you are having. If this may present a problem, talk to the doctor about it during your initial consultation.
